Every city needs a comic ambassador! They say you never forget who your friends are, and this rescued pup proves that point in a way that makes our hearts melt.
In the world of rescue/adopted pets, there is something informally known as the “adopter gene.” This represented gene seems to be represented in every animal that is rescued and expresses great gratitude or gratitude to the people around it.

Bruno, a lovable mix who calls Debbie and Larry Lavallee “mom” and “dad” has such a special daily routine that he’s become an ambassador for the town. With a population of about 150, this small town is a delight every day as Bruno walks from his home outside Longville and into town to greet all the neighbors.
Yes, you read that right. Every day for the past 12 years or so, Bruno has walked about 4 miles (8, round trip!) to say “Hi!” to the local population. As he follows from neighbor to neighbour, collecting pets, treating and thriving, he gives the townspeople a chance to visit for a bit with him. At the end of his daily visit, he returns home, though Darry Larry says that sometimes, he “catch a flight.” Marie Trippe of Longueville serves as one of his chauffeurs, because Bruno is just “that darling.”

The townspeople are sure to watch Bruno and make sure that he is protected and loved. Local Patrick Moran owns a business office in Longville, and Bruno said, “… buddy, we’re kind of watching the best way we can. He came in last week. I stayed about an hour and a half or two.”
